What is Macromedia Flash?
Flash is a tool for creating rich web content that doesn't need a fast
computer or internet connection. It usually has moving graphics that may be
interactive. Web designers use Flash to create buttons, banners, animated
logos or large animations.
Flash movies stream into the user's browser. That means that the
animation can begin to play before it has all been downloaded. To view Flash
movies on the web you need the Flash player. The latest version can be
downloaded for free from the Macromedia web site.
